Paris - the city of love, lights, and timeless elegance. It is one of those places that instantly makes you slow down, breathe a little deeper, and lean into life's beautiful details. From dreamy morning walks to the local café to golden hour dinners beneath the Eiffel Tower, our time in Paris was nothing short of magic. But what made is truly unforgettable was finding balance - between indulgence and intension, adventure and ease.

Hit the Ground Running But Enjoy your coffee
As soon as we landed in Paris, we were ready to soak it all in. There is an energy in the city that is
hard to describe - a mix of history, style, and that classic Parisian charm. We started every morning
walking to a café to enjoy a local Parisian breakfast and then started exploring the neighborhood
on food. Our first full day, we started at the Arc Du Triomphe to beat the crouds. It opens at 10am
which gave us time to enjoy a slow morning. Our second full day, we started at Notre Dame which
opens at 8am. We had an earlier morning however were able to have our favorite breakfast yet -
which was stumbled upon before embarking on tourist activities.
PRO TIP: STAY AT A CENTRAL LOCATION SO YOU ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CITY.
Dress the Part, Feel the Part
There is something about Paris that makes you want to elevate your style - and we leaned into it.
Where it was a romantic dress or a sleek jacket, getting dressed for the day became part of the
experience. It was not about being fancy, but about showing up for the city with a little extra flare.
PRO TIP: PACK NEUTRALS TO MIX AND MATCH - THEN ADD COLORFUL
ACCESSORIES - for me it was my red coat and red lipstick.
The Iconic and the Intimate
Yes, we saw the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Yes, we got lost in the Louvre But the real magic happened in
the quieter moments - a spantaneous glass of wine to rest our feet, discovereing a tucked-away
bookstore or sharing a crepe at sunset. We made space for the big bucket-list sights and the little
surprises.
PRO TIP: SCHEDULE 1-2 "MUST SEE" ATTRACTIONS PER DAY, BUT LEAVE ROOM TO
WANDER. PARIS REWARDS THE UNPLANNED.
A Foodie's Dream (Even on a Budget)
We indulged, but with intension. From splurging on a dinner to grabbing all you can eat Steak and
Fries, Paris offered flavors for every budget. Our favorite meal? A lunch with the best French Onion
Soup I have ever had for less than 50 Euros.
PRO TIP: DO NOT FORGET TO EAT A FRENCH BREAKFAST AND AT LEAST ONE
FANCY DINNER BECAUSE YOU ARE IN PARIS.
Savor the Romance
Paris is the perfect backdrop for connection. We held hands, talked deeper and felt more present.
Whether it was taking in the city from a rooftop bar or laughing over a small pasterie, we felt like
the best version of ourselves - and isn't that what travel should do?
PRO TIP: REMEMBER TO SLOW DOWN, DRESS UP AND FALL IN LOVE - WITH EACH
OTHER AND THE WORLD AROUND YOU.
