1. RAIN BOOTS

Alaska’s terrain is rugged and often wet. Trails can be muddy, rocky, or covered in snow depending on the season. A pair of durable, waterproof rain boots will keep your feet dry and protected.

2. HAIR CLIPS

This might seem like a small thing - but on an Alaska cruise, they were a lifesaver. Between the wind on the deck and the misty weather, your hair will thank you for packing these.

3. DISNEYBAND+

This is one of those things that you do not realize you need... until you have it. This makes everything on the ship feel seamless because you are only one tap away. For the kids, this is how you check them in/out of Kid's Club without needing to carry your ship card. It is simple, convenient and honestly every child has one on and you do not want your kid to be the odd man out.

4. MAGNETIC HOOKS

Since the cavin walls are metal, you can use these to instantly create extra storage - perfect for hanging jackets, hats, bags, or even wet clothes. They help keep the small room as organized as it can be on a long tip.

5. RAIN COAT

This is ESSENTIAL for your trip. The weather can change quickly - from light mist to steady rain - you will still want to be outside enjoying the views. Buy a lightweight, waterproof jacket that keeps you drip without overheating. Make sure it is loose enough where you can wear a sweater under it for extra layers on cold day!

6. DOOR DECOR

EVERYONE, and I mean everyone decorates their door. This is a fun (and suprisingly helpful) thing to bring on the cruise. Hallways can look identical, so adding something to your door makes it way easier to spot your room. This is also a great way to add some personality.

Extra tip: Bring thing things to drop in the neighbors "Fish Extender"

7.CUTE BLANKETS

This was one of my favorite things we packed! This is not essential as there are MANY blankets on the ship however my mom and I wanted to be extra so that the blanket fit our "aesthetic". We used these every morning as we drank our coffee on the balcony. We also brought them with us for Glacier Day while you are outside meeting the characters and enjoying the scenery.

8. FANNY PACK

This was the most used item I packed for the cruise. It was perfect for keeping up with essentials - phone, key card, lip balm, sunglasses, hair clip, ect - right within reach without having to carry a bulky bag. Whether you are exploring ports, grabbing coffee or walking aroun the ship, having your hand free makes every easier - especially with kids. Its practical, comfortable and honestly just makes travel feel more effortless.

9. WORKOUT CLOTHES/ COMFY CLOTHES

This is a MUST for this trip. Save your cute clothes for dinner and wear your comfy clothes during the day. Whether you are heading to the gym, grabbing coffee, lounging on the ship or going on an excursion - you will reach for these more than you think. Remember - your comfy clothes can be cute!

10. PATTERN SHAW

This is one of those pieves that is both practical and efforlessly stylist. It is perfect for layering when the temperature drops (especially at night). You can throw over a simple outfit to instanly elevate your look while still staying warm. It is lightweight, easy to pack and adds just the right pop to your travel outfits to elevate the look.
